CARNIVAL

Every year we celebrated the Carnival in our school, choosing a theme that we considered interesting and educational for our students.
The last one we selected traditional dress and music from the four countries that work in the Comenius Project. Also the students danced some traditional music from each country. This was interesting for our pupils and their families, and it was useful to know better each others.
We are very grateful for all time and work that some students’ mothers have employed in making the costumes for students and teachers. The costumes were really beautiful.
We are very lucky because a former students´ father helped us
A tradition in this town during Carnival is named Antroxu: we burn a guy made with paper to destroy everything bad in your live during the year, and start a new one with good wishes.
We show you some pictures about it. Enjoy yourself,
